Sculpture/Planter - Unglazed, natural ash glazed wood fired pottery
Material: High elevated plateau mineral raw clay and raw rock
Pottery was left unglazed before kilning, no pre-mixed wood or plant ash glaze applied. Colors and marking are all created during kilning process. Ash in the kiln creates a natural glaze on the vessel, and the atmosphere decides what happens to the clay, which keeps the extremely breathable function of the planter as well as the beauty.
*Note that the cracks in the bottom is one of the characters of wood firing process, it does not effect function at all and are normal and mostly unavoidable during kilning. Do not purchase it if you do mind them. Returns and Exchanges are NOT accepted due to cracks in the bottom.
